Michael Nichols is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience at DAI, currently serving as the Director of USG FP&A since May 2018. In this role, Michael directs financial analysis, budgeting, and performance management for a portfolio generating $800M in revenue, overseeing P&L and cash flow analysis as well as KPI reporting. Previously, as a Senior Manager, Michael led the implementation of FP&A best practices, contributed to project and operating expense forecasts, and developed training sessions for finance teams. Michael's career at DAI began in various financial roles, including Project Officer for a USAID project and positions in pricing analysis and cash management. Michael holds an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Richmond.
