Mohammed Noman has extensive experience in project management and technical advisory roles, currently serving as a Technical Advisor at DAI since August 2021. Prior to this position, Mohammed worked as a Project Officer at Al-Rahma Association for Relief and Development and as a Project Coordinator at The World Bank. Mohammed also held the role of Project Office Coordinator at Spring Center for Development WBG. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Crisis and Disaster Management from iugaza, a Professional Training Diploma in Project Coordination from SMET, UNRWA, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer System Engineering from Al Azhar University - Gaza.
