Natalia Douma

Natalia Douma is the Director of Recruitment at DAI, where they have led recruitment teams since 2008, focusing on driving economic growth through innovative recruitment strategies. With over a decade of experience in international development, they leverage multilingual fluency in English, Russian, and Bulgarian to enhance inclusive development initiatives. Prior to DAI, Natalia served as the Marketing Director at TERA International Group from 1998 to 2008, where they developed public policy expertise and cultivated economic partnerships. They earned an MA in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University and a BA in Geography from Moscow Pedagogical State University.
