Robert Peacock currently serves as the Technical Director at The Cadmus Group and holds the position of Senior Strategic Technical Advisor for the Critical Infrastructure Digitalization and Resilience Program at DAI. Additionally, Robert is a Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council's Cyber Statecraft Initiative and an Affiliated Faculty member at Florida International University within the Cybersecurity@FIU program. Robert previously taught as an Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice and Criminology at the School of International and Public Affairs at Florida International University. Prior experience includes serving as Cybersecurity Support to Higher Education Coordinator for USAID and Program Director for the US Department of Justice ICITAP Program Office at Engility Corporation. Robert earned a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University and holds an M.B.A. from Ohio University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from the University of Michigan.
