Teddy Yilma is currently the Sector Manager for Leather and Livestock at DAI, where they lead value chain analysis and innovative interventions as part of the Private Enterprise Program Ethiopia. Previously, they served as the Hides, Skin and Leather Value Chain Manager at Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture from 2012 to 2013, contributing to USAID's livestock development efforts in Ethiopia. Teddy also worked as the Lead Consultant at Lelena Global PLC from 2009 to 2012, managing various consulting projects and providing advisory services. They earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Economics from Addis Ababa University between 1998 and 2000.
