Thomas Weaver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agricultural development and consulting, currently serving as Team Leader and previously Deputy Team Leader on the Fleming Fund Country Grant to Indonesia at DAI since December 2019. As the Director of Weaver Consulting International Ltd since December 2014, Thomas provides technical and management consulting services. Previous roles include Value Chain and Livestock Specialist at the Asian Development Bank and Food Safety Specialist for the ADB Agricultural Value Chain Infrastructure Improvement Project. Thomas holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Epidemiology from the University of Melbourne and has additional qualifications in Livestock Health and Production, as well as Poverty and Development.
