Tim Samaranayake

Tim Samaranayake is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various sectors, currently serving as Head of Operations at DAI since February 2024. Previous roles include Managing Director at Wellspring Development, where Tim led initiatives to grow agricultural markets and businesses, and Head of Commercial Practice at Plan International UK, overseeing development contracts. Tim's career began at IBM, progressing from Senior Consultant to roles involving project management and economic development at DAI and Crown Agents.
