William Levine has extensive experience in project management and leadership within international development organizations. Since 2010, William has served as Chief of Party for the Family Farming Program at DAI, aimed at aiding 300,000 food insecure farm families in Southwestern Tajikistan under USAID's "Feed the Future" initiative. Previously, William held the role of Chief of Party at DAI Amarta and The Pragma Corporation from 2005 to 2011. William's career also includes a tenure as Country Director for the U.S. Peace Corps in Azerbaijan from 2003 to 2005. William holds a PhD in Political Economy from the University of Chicago, earned between 1964 and 1969.
