At Sailing Towards Light, we are committed to partner with you in your holistic wellbeing and help you meet the best version of yourself. Our motto is to guide you through a sustainable transformative journey. We enable you to achieve this not overnight but organically as we inspire you to take micro-efforts every day to weave wellbeing into every aspect of your daily living.

Many who struggle in maintaining consistency and balance around wellbeing realise it is not enough to understand wellbeing as theory - it needs a deep sense of purpose, discipline and consistent practice. Therefore, the gap between success and failure in keeping up with wellbeing lies either in the lack of application or the inability to perceive the mind, body and soul as 'one' identity.

The purpose of our business is to help you make a psychological shift to be able to look at wellbeing not as disjointed set of activities that you do every day or embrace ad hoc, but as a permanent companion that builds you rock solid to deal with any storm - physical, mental or emotional.

Our products include one-on-one and group coaching on purpose, identity, wellbeing, life transitions, team effectiveness, performance, productivity and building your core through spiritualOther exciting services include sound therapy and theme based workshops on manifestation, spiritual intelligence, team dynamics and leadership development.

Sailing Towards Light is an early stage start up by Arindam & Deboleena Dasgupta who are passionate about helping others to be their best.
