Dafna Ran

Dafna Ran is an accomplished professional with significant experience in organizational development and human resources. Currently serving as the Head of Peopledaily.dev since January 2023, Dafna has also been self-employed as an Executive's Consulting & OD Expert since March 2016. Previous positions include Senior Consultant at Aya Lahmi consultants from July 2019 to January 2023, HR Business Partner at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd from December 2014 to March 2016, and a dual role as Corporate Responsibility Manager and HR Business Partner at Deloitte from August 2007 to December 2014, where Dafna also led the HR Department. Academic credentials include an MBA in Counseling Psychology from The College of Management Academic Studies and a BA in Psychology from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
