Daily Waadaa began its journey in 2026 as a Dhaka-based English-language news platform with a commitment to truth, independence, and public interest. Owned by MGH Media Limited, the newspaper received legal authorisation to publish following authentication of its declaration by the Deputy Commissioner on January 13, 2026, and began publication in a limited capacity on March 26, 2026.

From the outset, Daily Waadaa has set out to serve readers with objective, fact-based journalism across print and digital platforms. With a Bangladesh-first approach, it seeks to reflect the voices, concerns, and aspirations of people across the country, without bias toward any group, interest, or ideology.
