Kim Bach

Kim Bach has a strong background in human resources, talent selection, and talent development. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Dailyhuman, Kim is focused on solving turnover and disengagement issues in workplaces. With previous experience at ARS National Services and independent consulting in leadership and communication training, Kim has a proven track record in developing talent and building successful teams. Additionally, Kim has experience in the film industry as a producer and as the owner of Studio Fey. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership from the University of Richmond and a Master of Arts in Communication from San Diego State University.
