Jayce Winters

Jayce Winters is an experienced professional in agricultural communications and crisis management, currently serving as the Director of Issues and Crisis at Dairy MAX Inc. since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jayce held various managerial positions including Member Communications Area Manager at Plains Cotton Cooperative Association from July 2018 to August 2022, Public Relations Manager at Cattle Empire, LLC from April 2017 to September 2018, and Communications Manager at Texas Cattle Feeders Association from October 2014 to March 2017. Earlier in a career that began at The Cattle Range from 2012 to 2014, Jayce focused on cattle marketing. Jayce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Media & Communication from West Texas A&M University, earned in 2014.
