Leon Clement is an operating partner, advisor, and independent director with expertise in leading performance improvements and strategic change across Asia and New Zealand. Currently self-employed, Leon also serves as a chair for various organizations including ANDFOODS and Raglan Food Co. Previously, they were the CEO of Synlait Milk Limited and held several leadership roles at Fonterra, overseeing operations in New Zealand, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam. Leon holds a Master’s in Engineering (Management) from the University of Canterbury and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Auckland.
