Mark Dean

Mark Dean has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Mark began their career in 1995 as a Software Engineer at Telstra. In 1997, they moved to Motorola, where they worked as a Product Manager for Location and Messaging Services for 10 years. In 2007, they became a Program Management Consultant at DWS Advanced Business Solutions. In 2012, they took on the role of Software Engineering Manager at SolveIT Software. In 2014, they began working at Ceridian in the role of Senior Director of Product Development. Mark then became Head of Product - Ascender ACS and Head of Product - Ascender - Preceda, where they were responsible for end-to-end product development and overhauled the development process to introduce modern software development practices. In 2022, they took on the role of Vice President of Product at Daitum.

Mark Dean attended Banksia Park from 1986 to 1990 and then went on to receive a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of South Australia.
