Richard Kim

Richard Kim is currently the Principal AI Scientist at DAIZ, Inc., where they apply advanced artificial intelligence research to financial markets. With an educational background from MIT Media Lab, Richard focused on ethical AI development, contributing to the influential article "The Moral Machine Experiment" in *Nature*. Prior to their academic pursuits, Richard was an equity research analyst at del Rey Global Investors, where they expanded coverage of Japanese equity markets, and also worked as an investment banking analyst at Shinsei Bank. They hold an M.S. from MIT, a B.A. in Economics from UCLA, and have been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) since 2011. Fluent in Korean and Japanese, Richard continues to advise at CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center).
