Ann Rippe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory services and compliance management. Currently, as the Manager of Regulatory Services at Dakota Software, Ann leads content development for a technology application that facilitates compliance and sustainability initiatives while managing a team of technical personnel. Previous roles include Manager of Regulatory Development and Regulatory Analyst, where Ann focused on environmental, occupational health, and safety (EHS) regulations. Ann's background also includes serving as a Chemical Hygiene Consultant at St. John Fisher College, where Ann provided regulatory support and safety planning for laboratory operations, and as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Chemistry, teaching various chemistry courses. Ann holds a Master of Science in Environmental Health & Safety Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, summa cum laude, from St. John Fisher College, along with participation in the National Science Foundation Research Experience Program at Clarkson University.
