Ryas Olson

Ryas Olson possesses extensive experience in quality management and process improvement, currently serving as a Production Supervisor and previously as a Quality Engineer at Daktronics since May 2014. In the role of Factory Quality Engineer, Ryas is responsible for data-driven decision making, product evaluation, and collaboration with experts to resolve specification anomalies while also overseeing the Factory's Continuous Improvement Program. Prior experience includes serving as a Quality Manager at Enclose Manufacturing from January 2012 to May 2014, where Ryas established and maintained a Quality Management System and identified opportunities for continuous process improvement. Ryas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Northern State University, earned between 2007 and 2012.
