TJ Wagar has extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Product Owner, Continuous Improvement Specialist, and Technical Support Engineer at Daktronics since July 2013, TJ focuses on providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues at their root causes, and educating users on best practices. Additionally, as an Arborist/Operator/Grounds since September 2021 at Element Tree Service, TJ assists property owners in managing their landscapes safely. Prior to these roles, TJ was a Resident Assistant at the University of Sioux Falls, where community-building and relationships were prioritized, and held positions at Pine Country Nursery and Dutton's Valley Gallery, showcasing leadership and organizational skills. TJ earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Sioux Falls in 2013.
