Walter Schaefer

Walter Schaefer, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Currently serving in an HR position at Daktronics since January 2017, Walter previously held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at LifeScape from May 2004 to January 2017. Prior to that, Walter worked as Farm Manager at McCrossan Boys Ranch from January 1998 to May 2004. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Education from South Dakota State University and a Master's of Science in Administrative Studies from the University of South Dakota.
