Affordable custom home builder, serving middle Tennessee for over 15 years.
We began our company from a dream of Dayla Martin. The dream consisted of luxury homes at affordable prices, coming to fruition when she started Dalamar Homes in 2007, soon joined by her son, Matthew. Together, they built a company focused on building an unbeatable product and keeping their homeowners and employees happy. From our family to yours, we welcome you to explore our unique, customized home building process.
We are proud to give every client the same, personalized home-building experience, starting from the beginning until after closing. Every homeowner has the opportunity to make custom structural changes and an exterior/interior selections appointment with our designer.
All of our homes come with the highest standards; 10' first floor ceilings, bull-nose corners, open floorplans, granite countertops throughout, plus more. We only want the best for our clients; that's the Dalamar way.
In short, our homeowners don't build our house, they build their home.
Start building your dream today.
