Nigel Gray

Nigel Gray is a seasoned hotel management professional with extensive experience in operations, system support, and team leadership within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Senior Systems Support for Ireland and the UK at Dalata Hotel Group since March 2021, Nigel previously held the position of Senior Manager at Maldron Hotel South Mall and Operations Manager during the pre-opening of Clayton Hotel Charlemont. Nigel's career began with Dalata as Front Office Manager at Clayton Hotel Leopardstown, progressing to Rooms Division Manager. Prior to Dalata, Nigel gained valuable experience at Royal Marine Hotel, Killashee Hotel, and Meadowlands Hotel, overseeing various operational departments and focusing on hotel revenue and event management. Educated at Munster Technological University in Business/Construction, Nigel’s expertise spans sales, strategic operations, and relationship building with clients.
