Alioune Fall

Alioune Fall is a seasoned educational professional with extensive experience in learning program design and implementation across various global contexts. Currently serving as a Learning Manager at Dalberg since March 2024, Alioune has previously worked as a consultant for numerous organizations, contributing to significant educational research projects for institutions such as UNESCO IIEP. A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy with Advance HE, Alioune's expertise spans working with diverse learners in Africa, North America, Asia, Latin America, and Europe. Alioune has held notable roles, including UNESCO Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania and Director of the Ilimi Innovation Lab at African Development University. Alioune's educational background includes a Master of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Management Science in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from New York University Abu Dhabi, among other qualifications.
