Erin Barringer

Erin Barringer is a Partner at Dalberg, a global consulting firm. Erin has over fifteen years of experience in the consulting industry, with a focus on strategy, operations, and organizational design.

Erin began their career as a Consultant at IMS Consulting, where they worked for three years before moving to Dalberg Global Development Advisors. At Dalberg, they were a Senior Consultant for one year before returning to their current firm, Dalberg.

In between their two stints at Dalberg, Erin also worked as the Director of Endeavor Insight, the research arm of Endeavor, a global non-profit that supports high-impact entrepreneurs. Prior to that, they were a Summer Portfolio Associate at Acumen Fund, a venture capital firm that invests in social enterprises.

Erin has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College.
