Fabiola Salman

Fabiola Salman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and social impact initiatives. Currently serving as Partner and Latin America Director at Dalberg Global Development Advisors since May 2016, Fabiola also holds a board position at MetLife México. Fabiola co-founded the Arte para Despertarte Foundation, where efforts focused on enhancing public spaces and community development. Previous roles include Principal at A.T. Kearney and Co-Founder and Director of Strategy at Talavera de la Luz, a social enterprise dedicated to preserving cultural traditions. Fabiola has also contributed to business process improvements at SIGSA, led product development teams at Diez Company, and managed social projects for artisans at the Center for Design Promotion - Mexico. Fabiola holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and multiple degrees from renowned institutions, enhancing both academic and practical expertise in their fields of interest.
