Joe Dougherty

Joe Dougherty is currently a member of the Board of Directors at the East Bay Community Foundation and a Partner at Dalberg. With a background in economics and public policy, Joe has also served as the acting Global Managing Partner at Dalberg Advisors. Additionally, Joe has experience in lecturing at the University of California, Berkeley and The Johns Hopkins University, focusing on nonprofit organizations and consulting skills. Joe has also held leadership positions at various organizations such as Cardno Emerging Markets USA Ltd. and Dreams Of Wilmington.
