John Kehoe

John Kehoe is a seasoned professional in people operations and organizational development, currently serving as the People Operations Manager at Dalberg since November 2020. In this role, John directs the Americas project pipeline, effectively managing over 80 consultants and project managers to meet utilization targets and enhance global impact. Prior experience includes roles as People Operations Senior Associate and Operations Associate at Dalberg, where John facilitated promotion processes, improved performance strategies, and expanded onboarding programs. Additional experience encompasses a Graduate Research Fellowship at the Homeland Security & Defense Business Council, an Events Assistant position at The George Washington University, and various internships focused on development and training. John holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business (Marketing) and International Studies (Political Economy) from the University of Tampa.
