Rym Keramane

Rym Keramane is an Associate Partner at Dalberg, with a focus on strategy consulting emphasizing international development and inclusive growth since October 2015. Rym's work experience spans several African countries, including Cameroon, Congo, and Morocco, collaborating with clients such as the African Development Bank and the World Bank Group. Notable recent contributions include assisting a West African nation in defining its National Agriculture Investment Plan and aiding a multilateral bank in crafting a youth employment strategy for Africa. Prior to Dalberg, Rym was a Managing Consultant at Capgemini Consulting from September 2005 to July 2015, where engagements involved advisory work with telecommunication operators across Europe and the Middle East. Rym began a career in development as a Short-Term Consultant for the World Bank's ICT Policy Division. Rym holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications and Management from Télécom Paris and a Master in Industrial Organization from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
