Shruthi J.

Shruthi J. is a Partner at Dalberg since 2015, where expertise is applied to advising public, private, philanthropic, and non-profit organizations on social impact strategies with a focus on gender equity and human rights. Currently serving as a Board Member at Equimundo: Center for Masculinities and Social Justice, Shruthi co-founded The Gender Breakfast, a network of over 300 gender equality advocates in the San Francisco Bay Area, from December 2017 to June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate at Cornerstone Research, where data analysis informed litigation strategies for corporations and government clients, an Economist at the Ministry of Trade and Industry in Singapore, and a Consultant at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy in New Delhi. Shruthi holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University's SIPA, a Master's in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore, and a B.A. in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University.
