Dalcott is a premium residential developer founded by Lachlan Cottee and Ben Dalgliesh. Backed by extensive industry experience and a proven portfolio of successful developments, we deliver high calibre residential projects that celebrate location, inspire community and elevate living.

Combining deep industry expertise with hands-on leadership, we craft developments that strike at the heart of what makes each site unique. In doing so, we embed each project with it's own identity— one shaped by its surrounds and anchored in authenticity.

Together with leading architects, designers and collaborators we deliver elevated and enduring property that thoughtfully balances luxury and liveability. Homes designed to feel both inspired, yet instinctive—designed to enhance our lived experience and stand the test of time.
