The Project Management & Support team at DALE Corporation is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. The team ensures project timelines are met, budgets are maintained, and quality standards are upheld. Team members include the Project Manager Assistant, who handles administrative tasks and supports project logistics; the Assistant Project Manager, who coordinates day-to-day operations and liaises with clients and subcontractors; and the Senior Estimator, who provides accurate cost projections and financial oversight to keep projects within budget.
