Baptiste Dumets possesses extensive experience in the energy and industrial sectors, currently serving as Responsable d’exploitation Industrie at Dalkia since January 2025, overseeing approximately 30 collaborators and managing operational contracts for industrial clients while ensuring budgetary oversight and HSE coordination. Prior to this role, Baptiste held the position of Ingénieur exploitation Industrie at Dalkia, where responsibilities included managing a team of about 60 collaborators and overseeing performance energy contracts. Previous experience includes serving as an Apprenti Ingénieur Energie at Faurecia, focusing on ISO 50001 implementation and energy performance optimization, alongside internships at Nestlé and SAVERGLASS. Baptiste holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Efficacité Energétique from ITII Normandie and a DUT in Génie Thermique & Energie from IUT Rouen.
