Eric Gandar

Eric Gandar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, particularly in biomass cogeneration. From January 2020 to January 2024, Eric served as Responsable de Centre Opérationnel at Dalkia, overseeing multiple biomass cogeneration sites and focusing on aspects such as health, safety, and environmental standards (MASE certification), as well as production and maintenance management. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions including Directeur Adjoint de Centrale Electrique at Albioma and a series of leadership roles at E.ON, where significant contributions included managing production teams and commissioning for biomass facilities. Eric earned a D&Lead degree from HEC Paris in 2023 and holds a Mechanical and Process Engineering degree from Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs de Metz.
