Philippe Hemard

Philippe HEMARD is an experienced professional in risk management and energy services, currently serving as RISK MANAGER at Dalkia since July 1998. Philippe has a strong background in technical prevention for operational teams and has held various leadership roles, including RISK MANAGEMENT and GRAND PROJECTS. Prior to Dalkia, Philippe worked at COMPAGNIE GENERALE DE CHAUFFE in multiple capacities from September 1995 to June 1998 and from November 1990 to July 1995, including ENGINEER in charge of the LORRAINE SUD center and RESPONSIBLE for teleactivities and telemanagement. Philippe began his career at Sauter as a technical sales representative from December 1990 to October 1991. Educational qualifications include a DESS in Energetics, Energy Law, Environment, and Natural Resources from the Faculté des sciences à Reims, along with a License and Master’s in Engineering Sciences focused on Energetics from the Faculté des sciences Vandœuvre les Nancy, and a BTS in Industrial Control and Automatic Regulation from Lycée Jean Zay.
