Prior to Dalkia, Stu Brown acted as Transform Director for the British Army, spearheading significant organizational changes. With extensive experience in the Army's Corps of Royal Engineers, including roles such as People Policy & Change Director and Chief Of Staff, Stu Brown has demonstrated a strong ability to drive recruitment, implement strategic changes, and improve organizational efficiency.
