Stefano Roso

Stefano Roso is a Lean Engineer at Dallara since February 2020, where responsibilities include coordinating continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity, particularly in the carbon fiber lamination clean room. Prior roles at Dallara involved managing production processes for carbon fiber body components and overseeing quality improvements for Dallara vehicles. Previous experience includes a Lean Engineer internship at ZF Group, where a highly flexible assembly line was designed and implemented, and various positions at W.t.t. Engineering srl, Race UP Team, AndCosta, and a restaurant. Stefano holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Università di Trento. An early education was completed at ITIS "De Pretto" Schio as a mechanical technician.
