Hélène MAILLET

Hélène Maillet is a Directrice des opérations at DALOFI, where they currently lead operational efforts. They previously served as an Asset Manager at Novaxia and HONOTEL MDO, overseeing investments and optimizing asset value through strategic planning. Hélène began their career in hospitality with various roles, including Event Director Assistant at Lancaster London Hotel and Operation Executive in F&B at multiple luxury hotels. They hold an MBA in Hospitality Management from ESSEC Business School Paris and a Bachelor's degree from Vatel Paris.
