Laura Smith

Laura Smith is the Group Head of Tenders at Dals, where they currently lead a team dedicated to securing multi-million-pound contracts through meticulous bid preparation. With 15 years of experience in bids and sales, Laura has effectively managed teams and contributed to successful placements on major frameworks, including CCS and NHSSBS. Prior to their role at Dals, Laura held various positions, including Admissions and Customer Relationship Manager at Oasis Recovery Communities and Business Development Manager at both ParkingEye and ADVAM. Laura also served as a Senior Bid Manager at DA Languages in 2021. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of Central Lancashire.
