Our story started just outside Reggio Emilia (Italy) with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. We always handled it with love and care, and now control the entire production chain, from milk collection to cheese production in our own 2 dairies, followed by the cutting and packaging. The know-how we have acquired in this product has helped us to expand our range: mature and semi-mature cheese, fresh cheese, soft cheese, blue cheese, as well as traditional Italian foods, now run alongside our core range and are distributed by our foreign subsidiaries to consumers, food manufacturers and food service professionals around the world.
