Marco Henriques

Marco Henriques has a diverse work experience in the fields of data engineering, data science, cloud engineering, and risk analysis. In 2021, they began working at DALTIX as a Data Engineer. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Siemens as a Data Scientist and Cloud Engineer, where they were involved in the different stages of the data pipeline and implemented infrastructure architecture using IaC. From 2017 to 2016, they worked at NTT DATA as a Big Data Engineer, and from 2016 to 2013, they worked at Marionete as a Data Scientist. From 2013 to 2011, they worked at Altice Portugal as a Risk Analyst and Data Scientist, and from 2011 to 2009, they worked at the Institute for Systems and Robotics (ISR-Lisboa) and Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT) as a Researcher.

Marco Henriques has a Master degree in Mathematics and Applications from Instituto Superior Técnico, which they obtained between 2010 and 2013. Marco also holds a Bachelor degree in Applied Mathematics and Computation from the same institution, which they obtained between 2006 and 2010. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from institutions such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Coursera, Scrum.org, Dataiku, Management and Strategy Institute, MapR Technologies, Databricks, Confluent, and Cloudera.
