Garry Pairaudeau

Garry Pairaudeau is the CEO and cofounder of DaltonTx and an Independent Consultant with GP Pharma Tech Consulting since 2023. From 2020 to 2023, they served as Chief Technology Officer at Exscientia, leading a team to develop platforms and technology underpinning AI-driven drug design. At AstraZeneca, they held leadership roles including Head of External Sciences (2014–2017), Head of Lead Generation Chemistry (2007–2010), and Team Leader of Medicinal Chemistry (1994–2003), contributing to external partnerships, open-innovation, and discovery chemistry outsourcing. Earlier, they completed a postdoctoral fellowship at UC Irvine (1991–1993) focused on the total synthesis of strychnine.
