DAMA Hot Yoga is a 3,500-square-foot custom built hot yoga studio located in the heart of Longueuil. We offer both WARM and HOT yoga classes in the following styles; Hatha, Vinyasa (also known as flow yoga), Power Flow and Yin. Open daily, we offer over 30 classes a week with a team of experienced Registered Yoga Alliance Teachers. In addition to our large practice room, our studio also offers clean and spacious changing rooms with showers and lockers. Stay a little longer after your class and enjoy the relaxed setting of our lounge area. Sit back on the large sofas, grab a book from our yoga library and sip on freshly brewed tea.
