Michael E. Marshal

Michael E. Marshal is a seasoned commercial and procurement leader with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as AVP - Commercial at DAMAC Properties since June 2023, Michael is responsible for managing multi-billion Dirham packages across Damac's master communities and high-rise towers, overseeing a procurement portfolio in excess of 75 million square feet, the largest in the region. Prior to this role, Michael held senior leadership positions at leading organizations in the UAE and India from July 2016 to June 2023, including a strategic procurement leadership role at Emaar Properties PJSC. Michael's career began in mid-senior management roles, such as Deputy General Manager at Shapoorji Pallonji Group. Education includes a Master of Technology in Construction Technology & Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
