Kemberly Dailey-Johnson

Kemberly Dailey-Johnson is the current Vice President of Quality & Compliance Initiatives at Damar Services. Kemberly has held this position since January 2018. Prior to their current role, Kemberly served as the Director of Performance and Quality Improvement at Damar Services from January 2018 to January 2018.

Before joining Damar Services, Kemberly was the Chief Services Officer at LIFEDesigns, Inc. from January 2015 to September 2017. In this role, they were responsible for leading and managing all direct support and clinical services for the organization.

From March 2006 to December 2014, Kemberly was the Director of QA/Compliance at Pioneer Center for Human Services. In this role, they oversaw the quality assurance and compliance functions for the organization. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Community Services at Pioneer Center for Human Services from September 2000 to March 2006.

Kemberly began their career in the human services field as the Director of Support Services at Little Friends, Inc. from July 1992 to August 2000. Kemberly then served as a CLF/Campus Coordinator at Orchard Village from August 1991 to July 1992. From December 1989 to December 1990, they were a CLF Director at Lambs Farm.

Prior to their career in human services, Kemberly worked as a Supervisor in Hardware and Electrical at Sears from December 1985 to December 1989. Kemberly began their professional career as a Group Home Manager at Ray Graham Association from December 1982 to December 1985.

Kemberly Dailey-Johnson holds a master's degree in human services administration from National Louis University and a bachelor's degree in sociology from Indiana University Bloomington. Kemberly also attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
