Prior to this, they worked at Barilla America, Inc. for over a decade, holding various roles including National Account Manager and Northeast Region Manager. In these roles, Suzanne focused on growing sales and maintaining national accounts by collaborating with chefs, purchasing teams, and marketing departments. Before joining Barilla, they worked as a NY Metro Territory Sales Manager at Unilever. Overall, Suzanne has a strong background in sales and account management within the foodservice industry.
Suzanne Maxwell obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Culinary and Foodservice Management from Johnson & Wales University. Suzanne attended the university from 1990 to 1994.

With grandsons Ed and Dave Mafoud at the helm, old-world traditions and new-world technology provide the perfect recipe for our extensive bakery line of pitas, lahvash wraps, paninis, flat bread roll-ups, and pizza crusts.
