Ellen Devold

Ellen Devold is a Quality Advisor at Damen Group, where responsibilities include supporting continual improvement through strategic alignment of processes and people, alongside the development of policies and the Integrated Management System (IMS). With experience implementing integrated assurance programs, Ellen also conducted a thesis on the effectiveness of the management review as per ISO 9001:2015. Additional roles include working at SnowWorld as a shift leader and snow groomer, where training young personnel and ensuring customer satisfaction in winter sports are key duties. Previous experience encompasses a marketing internship at Just Eat Takeaway.com, an alarm operator position at STANLEY Security, and leadership as a leading conscript medic in the Norwegian Armed Forces. Ellen holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
