We pay to the landlord total gross rent for all occupied houses irrespective of whether a tenant has paid or not.
We pay on a timely basis always. Our company policy is we pay all our landlords by 10th of every month.
We have very good accounting property management system that gives detailed reports on rent schedules, vacant houses, inspection reports and vacation notices to help our landlords plan well.
We have trained personnel who give support to our clients.
We do annual house inspections and carry necessary repairs and renovations to ensure the houses do not lose value.
We pay the landlord’s utility bills as instructed in a timely manner.
