Ronil Kapadia

Ronil Kapadia has extensive work experience in financial management and accounting. Ronil is currently serving as the Group Financial Controller at Damstra Technology since February 2023. Before that, they worked as the Head of Finance at Acoem from an unspecified date in 2021 until 2023.

Prior to these roles, Ronil worked at Gates Corporation for over a decade. Ronil started as a Senior Financial Accountant in June 2009 and later became the Financial Controller Australasia / Company Director in April 2010. In this role, they were responsible for establishing and maintaining accounting policies and controls, ensuring financial transparency and performance improvement within the organization. Ronil also managed the Finance function and monitored costs to maintain margin forecast and control expenses. Ronil held this position until August 2020.

Before joining Gates Corporation, Ronil worked at PwC as a part of their Audit department from January 2003 to May 2009.

Ronil Kapadia obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from The University of South Pacific in the years 2000 to 2002. In 2015, they attended the Governance Institute of Australia and obtained a Certificate in Governance Practice (Intensive). Additionally, Ronil Kapadia acquired the GIA (Cert) certification from the Governance Institute of Australia in April 2015 and the CPA certification from CPA Australia in February 2009.
