Vikas B

Vikas B has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Vikas currently holds the position of Head of Engineering at Damstra Technology since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate GM at HCL Australia Services Pty Limited from March 2020 to February 2021.

Before their time at HCL, they served as the Head of Product Engineering at 3Greens from April 2019 to January 2020. Vikas also gained significant experience at eMDs, where they worked as the Director of Product & Development from March 2012 to April 2019.

Their career began at MD Synergy Solutions in July 2007, where they held the role of Sr. Manager - Product And Technology until February 2012. Prior to that, they founded and served as CEO of Probox Infocom Private Limited from February 2004 to June 2007.

Vikas's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Software Engineer at Jcast Networks Pvt Ltd from October 2002 to October 2003, and as a Programmer at Bharat Connect Limited from September 2001 to September 2002. Vikas started their career as a Programmer at Sharp Developments in April 1998, where they stayed until September 2001.

Vikas B has a diverse education history in the field of Information Systems and Computer Engineering. Vikas completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from BITS Pilani Work Integrated Learning Programmes in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Post Diploma in Computer Application from the Board of Technical Education, Delhi in 2000. Additionally, they earned a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Guru Tegh Bahadur Polytechnic Institute, Delhi between 1995 and 1998.

In terms of certifications, Vikas B has obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2011. Vikas also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in April 2012.
