Andrew Bates has extensive experience in retail management, beginning as a Store Manager at Woolworths Limited from February 2008 to January 2012, where responsibilities included full accountability for supermarket operations, P&L, and customer experience. Bates then served as a Group Manager at Woolworths Limited from September 2014 to December 2016, leading a group of seven supermarkets and focusing on similar areas of responsibility.
